SHIPPING POLICY

The Injector’s Choice is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Our shipping policy ensures that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. We prioritize secure packaging and offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs.

 

Processing Times:
Non branded orders are processed within 3-5 business days. All branded customized orders are processed within 14-21 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates:

• Standard Shipping (Domestic – Canada): 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (Domestic – Canada): 1–3 business days

• USA Shipping: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over [insert amount] within Canada.

 

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped (if tracking chosen), you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

Delays:
While we work to ensure prompt delivery, please note that delays caused by holidays, carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For hygienic and safety reasons, all sales are final after 24 hours. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases. Please carefully review your order before completing your checkout.
 

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

• To request a cancellation, please email us at info@theinjectorschoice.com with your order number and cancellation request.

• Orders canceled within the 24-hour window will be eligible for a full refund.

NO CANCELLATIONS AFTER 24 HOURS

• Once the 24-hour window has passed, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

• This includes cases where the order has already been processed or shipped.
